As it turns out, I will not be attending the reunion. I will be in CA celebrating my granddaughters 4th birthday.


November 2007 I went to my nieces wedding in Scottsdale AZ. Since I was so close and had never been to Tucson I arranged to use a timeshare week there. I fell in love with Tucson. I found a place to stay. I flew back to my home in Newcastle WA, closed up my house, packed up my car and drove back to Tucson. I spent two winters in Tucson before selling my Newcastle house and purchasing a condo in Tucson. I still love it here.

Travel: My son (Sean was 12 yrs. old) and I went to Maui for two weeks. I went back to Kihei several times, it's wonderful there.
Sean (19 at the time) and I went on a 4 week trip to Japan and Hong Kong.
Spent some time in Mazatlan and Cabo San Lucas, Mexico
My partner, who had cancer, and I went on a 6 week road trip, WA, ID, MT, WY, CO, TX, NM, AZ, UT, NV, OR and back to WA. Walt passed away 4 months later, however, he did have the opportunity to see the Grand Canyon before he passed and that was important to both of us.
Spring 2013 I spent 6 weeks in Europe. I booked a room in local homes for the whole trip. I visited Zurich and Bern Switzerland; Chamonix in the French Alps; Venice, Florence and Rome Italy; Nice and Paris France; took the Chunnel to London. It was a marvelous adventure. It took another 6 weeks to recover from the trip.
